About the event
THEME OF THE WEEKEND: "THROUGH THE RELATION TO SELF - TO THE RELATION WITH THE WORLD"
During the camp, we will learn to fully feel ourselves, our body, our emotions, our feelings and accept all this, let it be. Through practices and communication, we will explore our relationship with ourselves, we will learn to nurture, respect and accept it, because we all know very well that when we are stingy to ourselves, we will also be stingy to others. As we communicate with ourselves, we will also communicate with the other. So the goal of this weekend is to experience a loving, respectful relationship with yourself, and then travel to share that with those around you and the world.
Weekend practices:
Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini yoga is a powerful awareness practice that combines physical exercises (asanas), conscious breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and chanting of mantras. Kundalini yoga balances the endocrine system, strengthens the nervous system, cleanses toxins, strengthens the energy field and much more. The practice of silence. Silence allows you to retreat and rest from external stimuli, gives the mind the opportunity to explore new ideas, regulate emotions; promotes awareness and a deeper connection with oneself. Sometimes all it takes is a moment of silence to heal.
Innerdance. It is a practice that opens up creativity, helps you let go of the old, connect with your own being and experience yourself in a new way. It is a process where through surrender comes deep rest and healing. Read more about innerdance: Innerdance
Conscious breathing. Have you ever heard the expression "as you breathe, so you live"? Because the techniques of conscious breathing are already widely used all over the world to overcome stress, release tension in the body, expand consciousness, and through this, the attitude towards the phenomena around us. By applying conscious breathing in everyday life, we begin to live more fully, consciously, healthily and harmoniously. Read more about conscious breathing: conscious breathing
Control launch practice. We often want to see, know, control everything because we don't trust it. Together, we will learn to recognize our control and, in small steps, allow ourselves to trust the guidance of the universe.
Cocoa ceremony. Drinking cocoa opens hearts, warms both physically and emotionally. So we will taste the cocoa, embracing ourselves in what is and filling our hearts with love.
Voice practices. Singing physiologically activates the vocal cords, vibrates muscle fibers, thus increasing the tone of the vagus nerve and heart rate variability. In addition, in this way we activate the parasympathetic part of the nervous system, which is responsible for "rest and digest". Through sound, especially if it is healing, we can help ourselves to release, to open up, to experience the expression of the creator flowing through our bodies.
Authentic Movement practices. Through free dance and movement, we will learn to feel our body, relax and let the body speak its own language.
Conversations in the fellowship of women. And of course conversations... sharing our worlds in a healing circle of women will unite us, heal us, warm us, accept us as we are.
