INNERDANCE:

It is a process during which beta, alpha, theta and delta waves of electromagnetic nature are activated in a certain order in the human brain with the help of special music, sounds, smells, touches and/or verbal guidance. This is to induce a conscious state of REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, which is characterized by very deep body relaxation and high frequency brain waves. In this state, we can simultaneously process information from different areas of the brain, effectively learn, remember, connect sensations and see connections.

We can say that in REM sleep we have a direct connection with our subconscious. While sleeping-we dream, in the process of Innerdance-we experience flashes of clear perception. In this deep relaxation, akin to a conscious trance, there is a reconnection with the whole, where inner peace, love, truth and knowledge have always been and are.

The message is that our body at the cellular level has all the memory of our events from childhood to the present day. By activating our primary senses of sound, smell, touch, body, this impulsive memory is reborn and awakens our long-forgotten (before birth, childhood and past experiences) memories, which in turn allow us to understand the reasons and repetitive programs of our current actions and to see existence from another's point of view. point of view, perceiving oneself as a part of the whole.

Innerdance is based on allowing everything that lives within us to be. It is a transformative process of self-realization that naturally leads everyone to an authentic life, trusting their own heart.

In an Innerdance session you can:

  • to rest;

  • Fill up with energy;

  • Letting go of what is no longer needed;

  • Notice your outdated thinking patterns, beliefs;

  • Hear your soul and its needs;

  • To catch ideas, insights, which in everyday life do not have the opportunity to break through the wall of an active mind;

  • ......You can extend this list....

What to do during Innerdance?

Just be as it is. You won't have to dance unless you really want to. You will lie on mats, cover yourself with blankets and immerse yourself in an inner journey.

What to bring with you?

Confidence in what is happening, warm socks, water.

I tried Innerdance practice 4 years ago. It was so powerful and transformative that I immediately fell in love with it, practiced it for myself, and a couple of years ago I graduated from training as an innerdance leader and started leading sessions for others.
For me, this practice brought awareness about taking responsibility for myself, my feelings, my state, my life; about allowing yourself to be with what is now; more than one amazing idea and insight came during this practice.
