I invite you to online mornings with kundalini yoga.
Kundalini yoga is a powerful awareness practice that combines physical exercises (asanas), conscious breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and chanting of mantras. By combining all these elements, not only the physical, but also the subtle bodies are affected, thus achieving the desired result much more efficiently and quickly.

Starting your day with practice, the right attitude, surrendering to your Divine nature is a great gift to yourself.
We practice on Mondays and/or Wednesdays at 8:30-9:40 a.m.
You can join at any time, no special preparation is required.
Dress comfortably, don't eat before practice, have water, a blanket, some pillows and be in the best mood ;)

9 euros paying for one session; 88 euros paying for 10 sessions (valid for 3 months)
